I wear 7.5 - 8 in women's sports shoes; I bought 8 and added specific inserts for my plantar fasciitis and they work great! So comfortable and I love that they have an adjustable strap. While I'm at work, I always check to see if it's in the Achilles tendon area. I turn around after work. Also ideal for non-slip shoes. I love that I don't have to spend extra time with messy laces. They are easy to clean.
