Maybe it's good for someone's makeup collection?

This is a good makeup cup holder but not the best. It's a good size on my dresser, but it has its own problems. It's like someone picked up some great design concepts they heard from makeup lovers, but no one bothered to visit some people's makeup collections to see how sizes work. What I like: 1. It's durable enough for my needs but I don't have kids or pets. I'm not sure I would trust him if I did.2. It's attractive and simple. It will not suddenly go out of fashion.3. The black velvet inlays are not glued on. I can easily wash them when they get dirty and I can also easily replace the liners with other pages. I have plenty of origami and scrapbook paper so there won't be any problems when the time comes. What I don't like: 1. The "lipstick stand" on the top floor is a big problem. They're barely big enough for traditional, old-fashioned tube lipsticks, and they don't get any bigger the closer you get to the back. They are absolutely impossible for liquid lipsticks.2. The left side of the top layer is also problematic because it has a small section at the back where I can place pads, but instead it's now filled with some of my runny lips. Since the edges of the front of this piece slow down, it's quite difficult to decide what to glue there. I currently put my BB cream and such inside, but wanted to place them under this section.3. The square to the left of second tier is too high for many things, but too short for many things. I really don't understand what it is for. I can't put things like my BB cream in because the tubes are too tall. If I lay it flat it fits, but then there isn't much room left unless I start stacking things on top of each other. So I could put things like eye primer in the top left corner as planned, but that drawer is so short I can't put BB cream and stuff in it. I bought this because I didn't want to keep messing things up in the drawer, but the drawer really doesn't fit properly. I think nail polish will do, but I have a separate container for nail polish.4. The drawers on the right side of the second tier aren't deep enough to hold most of my lip liner or eyeliner and I really wanted to use them for eye primer, eyeliner, mascara, etc.5. The bottom drawers are handy because they're deeper and I can add liquid eyeliner and such, but I really wanted to use them for eyeshadow palettes. However, they suck for pallets. Most pallets only fit in one drawer and only take up as much space as you waste a lot of space. I know I have way too much makeup, way more than three palettes, but I figured I could fit two in a drawer. I can use these drawers for liquid lipsticks and lipsticks, but if I just put lipsticks in here (yes, I could fill them with different lip items between balms, pencils, liquids, crayons, primers, toppers, wipes, etc.), it's just one Lipstick holder and I was hoping to use it to put my "essentials" in here. Then I wouldn't have to let go of my fake Kabudla every day.
