Review on Kohler Alteo Polished Chrome 18-Inch Towel Bar, Metal Bathroom Accessory by Megan Smalls

This range of towel rails is great (except for the toilet roll holder), very sleek and stylish! I bought them for the whole house because I love the look of them! I stuck the panels into the walls with dowels. I hung the rings and they are beautiful! But about every 3 months you have to tighten the small screw at the bottom because it loosens. The problem is that the small screw is A LOT in the towel ring! You can't see it, you stick in a small Allen key and grope around, but it's so far away that if you find it, it sucks. Now 9 months after purchase and installation it's loose again and I've tried tightening it but couldn't get the little screw out. I think my only options would be to rip it off the wall, take it apart, putty the wall, reinstall the panel and reattach it. The small bolt should be right on the surface! There's no reason why he should be so deep inside. I wish I could return them, they're more trouble than they're worth!
