I will be returning this item. I can't connect it to my home WiFi. The screen says I don't have a SIM card installed. Do I need a SIM card? And if so, why wasn't it included in the device? I can't get past the screen that says "Verizon will now automatically complete setup." But I'm not a Verizon customer, so I don't have a username or password, both of which are required to start the process. It was a refurbished device and there is a bug or bug somewhere as there is no way to bypass this Verizon checkpoint. Very disappointed.
