High Speed HDMI Extension Cable - 1.5ft x 2: $8.99 at time of review Last summer I decided to redo all the cables in my living room. My fireplace-mounted TV was a rat's nest of power, HDMI, and audio cables, and it was driving me nuts. So I did. I rerouted everything and... I measured wrong and my HDMI lines were 8 inches short. Not wanting to buy longer HDMI cables, I turned to these extension cords in hopes that they wouldn't degrade picture quality and/or break the HDCP compliance chain. All good news! They worked! *What I liked*: These bad boys were perfect for my needs. It turns out that 18 inches is a great compromise between the need for a longer cable and too many extras. At the HDMI 2.0b standard, they were more than good enough to pass a 4k @ 60Hz (max) signal to my electronics (Apple TV, Nintendo Switch). I don't use my XBox Series X on this TV, so I don't need 4K @ 120Hz (which they can't). They're also HDCP compliant, so I have no problem playing modern content beyond those limits. At $9 for two, they don't quite break the bank. Took four as I mentioned $18 is totally worth it not to repeat. *What I didn't like*: Nothing really. These are great extensions. *Score: *I like these little things. Easy to use and indispensable in the world of cabling. Five stars out of five. I would order them again in a heartbeat.
