This belt is a real find. Completely flat. I can only imagine that someone had a problem - the tool that was sent to shorten (if necessary) turned out to have no blade and no instructions on how to use it. However, if you just order the right size, the size chart will be accurate. They also send this cute little gift which I can't justify in the middle of the downsizing but that's very kind of them. The packaging is very high quality. So if you gift this belt in the box it was sent in, your recipient will think you paid a lot more for it than you actually did.
