This is one of the best panties I have and I have a lot of them. The 3X is probably a little big for me with a 34" waist, but fits well. I like my panties to have some support and they don't disappoint. trust me you need it. Wearing comfortable shorts shouldn't be a shame. Choose what's comfortable, not what's fashionable and baggy.
