Thinking about putting on blue light filters, they really help. They also help before bed so I can relax. I can totally see the difference wearing them or not. Also an additional bonus in the form of yellow dots. I waited to write this until I used yellow lentils. They are amazing. I used to hate night driving more and found it unsafe. Over the past year, my eyesight has deteriorated significantly when driving at night. That gives me confidence. The glare from other headlights and streetlights is usually too strong. They significantly reduce glare. If in doubt, just buy it. Also comes in a nice box and each comes with a nice travel case along with putty. Shown is a blue light filter.
