Good all purpose massager

I have used this on my knees, elbows and shoulders. In general I like it. It heats up really well. I've found that even if you need warmth, the lowest setting, or maybe the second lowest, will suffice. The highest setting is too hot. Maybe the winter will be good. The massage settings are also very nice. I mostly used it on the highest settings, and it would actually be nice if there were slightly higher settings as well. I love that you can use the massage setting, the heat setting, or both. Sometimes you just want one or the other. I think it takes a little practice to get this working properly. This is not a criticism of the product. It's just that everyone has to find out for themselves what works best for them. You can set it to massage under or over the joint. You also need to decide how tight it needs to be to be effective. alone when your shoulder hurts. I think it's pretty easy to put on on the knees and elbows alone, but the shoulder requires a little more effort. I'm not sure if there is a way to fix this. This is just an observation. If you're getting this primarily for shoulder use, the only way to get it is knowing you usually have someone to help you get dressed. It is impossible to put it on your shoulder alone. i did this I found it easier to have someone around to help me adjust, especially when my shoulder hurts. I would recommend this massager to anyone looking for something to relieve knee, elbow or shoulder pain. Doesn't go away entirely, but gives relief.
