Review on 🐑 Holy Lamb Organics Neck Pillow for Orthopedic Support by Michelle Armstrong

This pillow is too thick. I'm 5ft 10" and you should have a very long neck even on the small side of this pillow. AND BEWARE A BUYER with this GreenCupboards seller! I called the seller before purchasing this product to find out what the return policy was. and they just said it was exchangeable. I bought it and when I touched it I could tell it was too hard and thick compared to the bolster I use so I tried to return it. Because the seller said that I have to pay 35% restocking fee for the return! They didn't tell me about this huge fee before I bought it when asked. They charged me for using the product and since it wasn't sealed in any packaging I had no way of receiving it to prove I hadn't used it so I stuck with it. If you buy this product, consider it non-refundable even if the seller is lying and claiming so. And no help from the Revain AZ Marketplace Guarantee program. Another experience like that with Revain and that would be the end of my dealings with them.
