I love this case until it turns black at the edges of the rubber

I bought this case for my new iphone 11 and I fell in love with it immediately! Would easily give 5 stars. But I noticed that after a week the outer edge of the rubber started to blacken. I tried cleaning it but it's still black! I don't know if it's broken or something. But I don't think it's right if the case turns black after a week of use. I would expect this from a significant investment of time and use. And for the price you can expect better! Update: It's been two weeks and it's gotten worse. Looks disgusting!
