Input: I'm doing this for jaw pain relief, not for any reason. years, resulting in constant headaches. It is difficult to massage the jaw, it does not bring instant relief, and I often irritate it, which leads to increased pain. The idea was "well, instead of massaging, work, move, pull". Worth a try. It does, I use tons of it, I wear it around my neck every day, it provides instant stretch and relief. I also think I have TMJ, I've read the jaw size is terrible for that, but I feel a lot better so will continue to use it.
