It’s easy to use, works well with your existing Outlook or Gmail account settings and is very powerful for large companies.

The only downside I see is that it can be slightly confusing at times when you are first setting up an instance of this tool. We have been using timeflex as our main scheduling system at my work. My co-workers and I like how simple it is to use! Our team has also started using other platforms such as Google Calendar in order to keep track of everything going on within our department but we still use time flex regularly to schedule meetings.
