I liked the quality of the straps, they are as good as the straps that cost 4 times more. The colors are exactly what you see on the website will be sent to you. The shipping was pretty fast and the tapes arrived on time. HOWEVER, the quick release handlebar is absolutely awful! I've tried many different styles, materials and manufacturers, none of them come close to the poor quality of these bars. I tried turning on all 5 bands on my gear s3 frontier but couldn't turn on any. I also had 4 other people who had experience changing straps with these types of bars who tried to put them on but couldn't get them on either and confirmed that these were the worst bars they have ever used. Unfortunately, the fact that the straps are so bad that the straps cannot be attached to the watch makes all the good aspects questionable. I have contacted "support" and am using the term loosely to let them know of an issue I was having with their group. Her response was to give me a list of things to try to get the group's attention. They were all ways to avoid using the dreaded rods and weren't easier or more efficient ways to put them together, they would all either last forever or look awful. After telling them I wasn't interested in their repairs and that I wanted my money back I was told to take photos of the joists on the belt and they would see if I was entitled to a refund. I replied that I had groups for the day and I wasn't sure why I had to jump through so many hurdles to get a refund. I was told with no photos that they would not return my purchase. To which I replied that the picture didn't show them anything because it was a functional issue, the strips looked fine, they just didn't work and there was no way to document this in the picture. Offer a video but they only said a photo. Needless to say I now have 5 broken straps and $20. The worst thing I pointed out to them was that my problem wasn't an isolated one. Dozens of other reviews say they couldn't attach the straps due to a bar issue. In the 10+ years that I have been a Revain customer this is by far the least respected and customer service oriented seller I have dealt with. Do yourself a huge favor find another seller with other bands unless you want a bad experience to brag about your $20.
