It certainly doesn't do anything for acne, but it's very moisturizing, which helps balance the oil in my skin so it feels less oily. After using this oil after one night you will REALLY notice a difference in your face. Your skin feels like new and gives it a more youthful glow. It's an oil, so you really only need 1 drop and that's enough.
