I received the item 7 days before the date Revain stated. I was happy with that. The hub was packaged very well by UGREEN. In fact, their packaging is to be commended. Before ordering this item, I had my doubts as to whether it would fit my iMac. Cable length is ok. The hub can actually sit on my desk when connected to an iMac. However, the cable is quite rigid. Its stiffness determines how the hub sits on the table. Unfortunately he is not sitting up straight. I connected a hub to my iMac and it didn't work! My immediate feeling was disappointment with UGREEN. Then I unplugged the USB-C connector, swapped it, and plugged it back into the iMac. All ports are working now. However, I've been told that the USB-C ports should still work if you plug them into a computer. Why is the UGREEN USB-C connector not compliant? I wrote to UGREEN support. Let's see if they answer. If they resolve my issue positively I will update this review. UGREEN currently only gets 3 stars. UPDATED ADDUGREEN replied to my email to say the item was defective but they were unable to help replace the product as it had to be processed through AMAZON. I entered an online chat with Revane (wish they would make it easier to figure out how to communicate with them; it really took a lot to read the whole page to finally find a way to contact Revane ), the consultant readily agreed to change the article. I received an email that I would receive a replacement product in a week. The goods arrived in three days. The consultant also told me that DHL would collect the defective item. That hasn't happened yet. I will update this review when all of this happens.
