Appears to block bad blue light for 455 min.
May block bad blue light interfering with your sleep. My 9 year old doesn't seem excited and falls asleep easily. The goal we bought was to block bad blue light for 455 minutes because it's the light that causes eye strain, headaches, and interferes with sleep. The product seems to serve its purpose. Just need one for my iPhone.
