First let me say these are very cute shoes. I wasn't sure if they'd be cute and fun, or if they'd make me look like a Florida grandmother. Turns out they're cute and fun.As far as fit. I ordered my normal size 8, and they fit perfectly EXCEPT for the big toe. But it's not because I need a bigger size. The shoes are the right length and fairly generous in width right out of the box. If I had ordered them any bigger, they would probably be too loose everywhere except the toe. But the top of the shoe does press down on my big toenail a little. I have sensitive toenails, and this is a common problem I have with shoes. I don't think it's the sizing so much as the design. People are saying they get more comfortable once you break them in, though, so I'm hopeful. Brand new, I can wear them for a few hours before my toes start to get too sore.Regarding sizing, I'd say if you have wide feet, ordering up a half size couldn't hurt. But if you have regular width feet and sensitive toenails, these might not be the shoes for you.
