This is a very good choice for the iPhone X. Came in elegant packaging that looked like it was designed by Apple and the charger looks very good too. The puck itself is rubberized and has some weight to keep it from sliding on the table and the phone from moving out of the puck. (However, I mostly charge at night and use Do Not Disturb so I don't get notifications while charging.) I see some reviewers complaining about early crashes; However, this charger comes with a two-year Mophie warranty, so I don't think early failure should be a big deal. The hardest part about buying a wireless charger was choosing the right one. If you ask Siri to give you some reviews, you'll get some reviews from reputable sources - TheWireCutter, MacWorld, Macrumors, etc. But guess what, almost all of those reviews list some other better choice. So I used my "obligations and desires" to create my short list: 1. Must be black or dark and pickguard or convertible.2. Must be Qi certified.3. Doesn't have to be the fastest charger, but should have an output power of 7.5W or more. I should have liked the look/design.5. Shouldn't be the cheapest but I avoided the most expensive.6. Must be supplied with a wall adapter. Based on those criteria I've created the following for my short list: Samsung Convertible Stand/Stand, Spigen F306W and two Mophie Pads - a newer model called the Charge Stream Pad+ and this one which is about $15 cheaper than the Charge Pad+ Stream . I went with the Mophie wireless charging pad (7.5w) and it has worked great so far.
