Let me start by saying that I already own several (3) pairs of Creative Outlier One headphones and have recommended them to everyone. I like the soft rubber earpiece that keeps them secure in my ears, especially when cycling. I always listen to music wherever I go. They were getting old and out of charge so I decided to try the V2. The biggest disappointment. No bass response. I had to seriously tweak the audio controls to get just the mids. I don't know if this pair is just defective or what. Also, they are not recognized by the Surface laptop given to me by the company I work for. $30 wasted. These should have been better.
