I've recently lost a lot of weight and found that no matter which hole I choose, my old belt is either too tight or too loose. These sliding buckles solve that problem, but it takes trial and error. The straps are stretchy, so you'll need to tighten them up a bit, fasten them, and then adjust them into position. I've been using it for a month now and sometimes I still put the buckle on the wrong way round. It's easy to understand once you know what's going on, but the first few times can be frustrating as the buckle seems impossible. Buckle.
