The book is informative, it does what the title says for the most part, and in addition it complements PFAFF machines, since information on the Internet is more difficult to find than information on other well-known brands of sewing machines. I don't know how to rate this book. I feel like it has the information I wanted, but I'm no expert. Overall, for the price, having a manual with me is a good resource as my dealer is 1.5 hours away and I can quickly find my foot and learn how to use it if I need it before I travel.
