Separate boxes for each variety - which I didn't expect but it's very nice! It's fantastic to have such a wide range of bandages with different shapes and different upper materials. I always use a cloth pad but sometimes I have to use other top materials like plastic as they don't stick as well or are not as long as the cloth pads that are needed from time to time. And from time to time they also have to be waterproof. So it's great to get all the options in one box! There are not many small bandages needed for fingertips or children. I also like to have spot size bandages on hand for those little cuts and bits we all get, but I don't really need a full size bandage. But I am very happy with this set and can get smaller bandages one box at a time.
