Worst customer service experience ever!

My unit arrived on time with no damage. I opened it up and had to charge it for almost 10 hours before it even registered a change in battery level, but it finally charged in 12 hours. Some features never recorded data in the app (temperature, heart rate interval, VO2). Today I asked to update the firmware and hung. There is a way to turn off the device on the device or in the app, so I contacted support. They said hello and then told me to wait while they pulled out my bill. I wasn't logged in and was on their page, how could they do that? They could not. After 5+ minutes I was informed about it. They asked for mail, the ACC didn't come up (my wife bought it as a gift and I used the mail to apply). Then they asked for an order number. Please note that at this point we have been in this interaction for over 30 minutes without even identifying me as a user of their product. Once she finds out what I bought from Revain she directs me to HER customer service. I asked if they support their devices at all. Is there a way to turn them off? She comes back and says I have a faulty unit with no troubleshooting. I guess so many of them come DOA that they can't do anything. Plus, it's lightweight and user-friendly for the features that worked for me. Terrible customer service is a deal breaker!
