Hey, this converts a neck strap or armpit strap back into a shoulder strap. Great. It may well be cheaper as it is not particularly durable, large or handcrafted. But in the event of an accident, they say, it snaps to get the belt back in the "correct position." So it will return to your armpit or your neck. I'm not sure I like this part. Losing an arm or a head seems like a bad outcome to me. Hey, maybe it's just me. It would be much better if car manufacturers universally recognized that some drivers have bust sizes and that drivers come in different heights, so seat belts should be adjustable.
