So our TV and PC tower is opposite our sofas/chairs in the living room. We used a wireless keyboard for gaming, but the signal dropouts at random times ruined the gaming experience too much. I got this to stretch a wired keyboard across my living room (9, we have a mat on the part that crosses the room) and it works great!
