Great headphones. I originally bought the following size for gym use. I like that they are waterproof because I sweat a lot. I threw away about 3 pairs of buds before receiving them. The X-1s fit perfectly, they're nice, small and don't stick out of your ear. In fact I sleep with them many nights and I sleep on my side - never feel them. They also don't let any sound through. One night I slept in a cabin with other adult Boy Scouts, almost all of whom were snoring. I wore them and never heard them. I woke up around 2am and pulled out a page - wow they were snoring loudly. I put my earphones back in and never heard them, especially when some sea sounds were playing. The kidneys also have good bass for their size. I recommend them to friends!
