The 3 sockets to which you connect your spotlights are almost IMPOSSIBLE! Bought them for my Halloween street show and almost sent them back. The headlights I bought worked perfectly when I plugged them into a regular outlet at home. However, when I connected emitters to this unit, they just didn't fit. I spent almost an hour fitting them into these sockets. Very frustrating! My epiphany came when I thought of leaving both the headlight plugs and the outlet of this device on a chair near the fireplace for an hour. I tried to connect them again and this time I succeeded, but it still took a lot of effort and trouble. Sunlight might help in the summer. I love the idea of this multi wire extension and it works really well IF you manage to hook up the headlights. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to turn off the headlights. since they're so tight in there, but that's ok.
