I love Amazon but I think when it comes to steam cleaners it's safest to buy in store. Received a used Shark steam mop today, how very disappointing especially when you pay full price. If you want to sell used items, there is a section for that. Don't try to pass it off as new. I noticed that my Shark steam mop had condensation in the water tank and small scratches in the paint. Be aware this comes straight out of the box, very disappointing.
