DON'T MISS THIS REVIEW. YOU NEED TO KNOW! I received this product two months ago. It was easy to set up and use. I got it for the groin area as my boyfriend prefers that area to be in good condition. At first the product worked quite well. It comes with a lid to protect your lower area, and the lid generally works (sometimes it weirdly caught hair, but it's perfectly fine on any part of my groin). You can remove the lid for a tighter cut and still be relatively secure, but I felt better with the lid on. The shaver is easy to clean as the cover pops out instantly. It takes time to go through the same areas multiple times to make it work. It's a 15-20 minute process, repeated over and over again to further trim it to get rid of it. You really need to hold it straight (at the right angle) for it to even work. Sounds good right? A razor that is easy and safe to use? Why a 1 star rating you ask? It's a piece of junk. I've only used the razor twice and it stopped working. The replacement guarantee is 45 days, so just under 60 won't turn on. Tried new batteries, nothing. It was in a drawer, so it wasn't damaged. There were new batteries. Stopped working after 2 uses and conveniently right after the warranty/return policy expired. These guys know their product. They know it's working (albeit slowly). They also know exactly HOW LONG it works and then stops working so you buy another one. THIS PRODUCT IS A $20 DISPOSABLE RAZOR. Every 2 months you need to buy a new one. At this price, you're only getting a $120 razor that runs faster, has more options, has a longer warranty, and is built to last. and died. Maybe you're in a situation where you want to date someone who's into a "perfectly groomed" man and you're not sure if this will last, so you need a cheap razor that will do the job can do for a month. . or so. If so, then this shaver is for you. For everyone else who wants a razor that doesn't need changing every two months, find something nicer and more durable.
