The ability of using this service is very easy when you use their app which I highly recommend if your in business that needs cheap postage options like me! It's not much but it helps us save money every month because we are able to send our packages without having them going through regular mail! Nothing really bad at least nothing i have noticed so far from them as long they keep saving my time by sending my package quicker than what normal post would do. Maybe more features could be added such as price matching? But overall great experience so far!! Shipping has been cut down drastically thanks to pirate ship. You can even track where your shipment goes too which makes everything super organized and saves tons of hours trying to find out who sent something to whom etc. Now its just easier to know exactly how many days/weeks left until someone gets back to me about an order. Also now i don't need to worry anymore about getting charged extra for delivery confirmation stickers because pirateship takes.
