They seem like good stuff, but it takes so little to make them so much better. The strap that goes under the heel is unnecessarily short. This will be a problem. It is inconvenient to attach and even slip off. Time will tell, but it's true. Man just a few inches with me when it's a lot easier to use. And that's just the song. This is your standard gator that might last a season and then that thread will snap. Nothing will last. On the one hand, there is a great durable band. But the strap side is short and weak. Velcro is nice and strong and almost 2 inches wide so it's nice. These alligators don't taper. Some do, some don't. That doesn't mean that every hiking shoe that presses on the bottom strap and Velcro puts a lot of pressure. And that will make them very tight even if you get a size plus. I think a lot of these companies aren't really trying to create a product based on people's needs. They simply make a product that is similar to other industrial products. And try to make it cheaper. It doesn't look like anyone in this company is trying to make a better product for people. Clearly.
