Review on Process Diamond by Jason Cho

The ease of use, being able for us as users (even just one person) without having any special skill or experience can find all useful information we need about our processes using this tool.There are no downsides at first sight but I would probably like more customizations per-user/per application that could be set up in order not only with user accounts / permissions management but also via API from external systems if needed (like integration).We used it mostly during POCs phase. It allowed quick setup even by non technical team members. We were solving different problems related to risk assessment - mainly around food safety aspects so most issues have been solved within couple days after installing app, getting access etc., while previously there was always some kind of issue when trying new solution or asking people who had never seen something before what they thought was best way/approach.
