I really like how easy it is to upload my ads from Google AdWords with just one click! It's so simple that even beginners can use this program without any training or support needed, which makes me happy because there are many other programs out their that require you have expertise in order for them work properly (like LinkedIn). The only thing i dislike about allrecruiting software/platforms we've tried was having issues uploading our jobs directly through Facebook Ads Manager - maybe due to different platforms? But as mentioned above, once everything gets uploaded correctly using google adwords tools then things start going smooth again :) Having said that though if someone has no experience nor knowledge at creating campaigns etc., don't try hiring an agency instead hire some person who knows what he doing before spending money paying those big agencies ;) Good choice overall but make sure you know exactly why do want certain features e.g.: job posting scheduling & analytics tracking available via dashboard versus email alerts when new.
