I'm old, I use a 1932 Leica and a 2005 Panasonic. I don't like smartphones. Great little camera, with a few notes and tips. Cons: 1. The waterproof warning pops up every time you take out the memory card. You must complete the setup/precautions until the next time you remove the card. Puzzle! Tip: 1. Get a really fast memory card. Around September 2017, I switched from old to ASAP, and MY! Doesn't matter. 2. Take some spare batteries with you. The factory Panasonic seems to lose charge even when not in use. A full charge is enough for a photo for a long time. I haven't tried movies.
