The volume control sometimes goes astray. My .

The volume control is sometimes confused. My daughter will suddenly say that the music is too loud because the volume itself is going to the maximum. We'd have to unplug our headphones to turn the volume down again, as the button wouldn't turn them back off. Maybe my kit is defective.
