Rock Jaw is a great set of sports headphones. However, they are lousy for listening to books, one-ear, working in office headphones. They connect quickly. The range is slightly above average. They fit well in my ears and really don't go out of my ears too often. The power/control pendants on each side hang over my collar and ALWAYS get in the way. A very good example of the term "clumsy". You're pulling in one direction if you're trying to use only one side. The build quality seems amazing so far. I love the company and the headphones, but I'm really disappointed that I'm so uncomfortable with that weird volume rocker sitting on my face. I have to take it off my ear when walking around the office to avoid looking ridiculous.
