I bought this for a pressure test. I haven't installed it yet. And I'll probably leave it as it's a steal for the price. Also, I don't want to wait for a replacement and it's likely to get scratched since we use it anyway. The handle is very light and the hose is very flexible. I attached the hose to the handle with the washer that came with it. Seems very simple and easy to install. Problem #1: The arm is scratched and has a visible scratch. Obviously this is not a new product. If it's new, it's been opened and dented. Problem #2: The sleeve that attaches to the spout is plastic and looks very cheap. Luckily I bought my own solid brass inverter because I am adding a speakmam slider which is also a handrail. I'll let you guys know how the prints are as soon as I have time to set it up. At $28 I don't expect this shower head and handle to last forever. UPDATED 11/04/19 Printing on the PDA is awesome! The pressure on the shower head is good but not as strong as a manual one for some reason. (Maybe the hose is narrower and increases the pressure?) We love this set and it looks good. The hose is long enough to reach the back of the tub for cleaning, but short enough that the handle does not touch the bottom of the tub. This is a great set for seniors.
