I'm not really a "wallet" - I usually carry a mini backpack, but I was looking for a small shoulder bag that would make my phone more accessible when I'm shopping. This fully meets the requirements! The front pocket is perfect for my iPhone 12 Max WITH case and PopSocket. I can put my wallet and other things in the main compartment where there is still space. The only thing I don't like is the strap - I ordered another one from Revain with a free imprint for only $12 - it really improves it (IMO). It comes with braided leather, and it's not the worst ever - I prefer just fabric straps, especially in cold weather when the leather gets stiff.
