Review on Renewed SteelSeries Arctis Pro Gaming Headset - Hi-Res Speakers - DTS Headphone:X v2.0 Surround for PC by Aashit Tigga ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The product is definitely not worth the nerves spent, it's better not to take it.

I'll take care of the warranty for you. It's a shame to receive such a large sum of money for such. altered, and brand new ones were distributed. After using it for a month, if everything works as it should, I will raise the rating to a 5. Almost two months after the replacement was made, if the flight is normal, I raise the rating to a 5. A span of just over three months has come to an end. Right ear: the loss of contact started at this point. I am going to return it to the department that handles warranty claims. In general, the headphones are of outstanding quality, they are easy to use, and the sound for games is of an extremely high quality; nevertheless, the performance is appalling. Be aware that mechanical chafing of the wires that are included within the moving parts of the headphones may cause problems with the loss of sound. If it does what it's supposed to, I'll simply get my money back and look into other manufacturers. I am very attentive when I manage the technique so that you can understand it. Since I can restore any piece of equipment to like-new condition after only a few years of use, "crooked hands" cannot be the source of the issue.

Pros
  • I am giving you the maximum rating of five stars and adding a comment. Incredible headset for video games. The most important aspect of games is the sound. Placement is really obvious. For the third time, I'm revising my rating, and from what I can see, it's now one star (see comment)
Cons
  • The first pair of headphones were functional for exactly one month. The sound just stopped coming from the left earpiece. Once the second pair of headphones had been replaced within the terms of the warranty with new ones and had operated for three months, the right ear stopped functioning.
