African American Women should go up 2-3 sizes

I actually love these pants for working out because they are comfortable. It’s important to note that only the waist portion of the pants are neoprene; the leg portion fabric is satiny-spandex. Be careful though, I learned haphazardly that you can see through the paints - especially if you’re fair complexion. Also, I’m really curvy. I wear a size 14 jeans and have a very small waist, so I ordered a size 4XL. The pants fit in the hips, and are a little loose in the waist.

Fit perfectlyI was worried cause some of this pants don’t come large enough but I love them I wear them to the store and my regular walking routine Sweat is pouring down to get those inches off
