ribbon as described. Makes great craft ribbons at a good price. You can color the white band with alcohol markers. I used Spectrum Noir and the color was dense and beautiful. The silver rim remained clean. A quick way to get lots of flowers for scrapbooking and cards. Easy to combine colors. It's also a beautiful white.
