Review on 🧴 Jack Black Natural Facial Cleanser by Nicole Houston

I purchased this in August 2020 to replace a bottle of the same product. First of all, I like the product itself, but after reading other people's reviews about a similar problem I had with a spare bottle, I decided to write my review as well. The previous bottle was very good - great smell and refreshing feeling after using it, but the experience I had changing the bottle was completely different. The colors were a little off: the current one was more opaque than the previous one, although the difference was pretty subtle. You can see my attached photos, on the left is the previous bottle and on the right is the current one. The consistency was different: the previous one was a little more runny. The labels on the bottles were slightly different, both stating they were made in the USA, but the current bottle (the one on the right) definitely had a different style of writing - again, pretty thin. Well, you may have noticed that I haven't used my current bottle that much for this reason and have put off buying a new bottle. Until I am certain that Revain is supplying quality assured products I will not be ordering another one for the foreseeable future. Maybe I got one that wasn't supposed to pass quality control, or maybe it was a fake product, but who knows. I just wanted to share this information.
