Review on Sony SRSXB33 Extra BASS Bluetooth Wireless Portable Speaker (Taupe) With Knox Gear Hardshell Travel And Storage Case Bundle (2 Items) by Alexandra West

Does anyone know why my SRSXB33 speaker can when connected to a device (phone or laptop) all of a sudden the sound goes off and on (as if the sound would turn on every second, then turn off for 2 seconds - and so on endlessly)? I've had this SRSXB33 speaker for almost a week now and I really like it - such a small bluetooth speaker but the sound is amazing! If my SRSXB33 is defective in any way can I send it back for a replacement or what is the process? Thank you to those who can help, especially the seller of this great SRSXB33 bluetooth speaker.
