They've damaged the back of their ankles and the loops don't stay tied! These shoes are SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL and the sole is soft and comfy but they hurt her heels/ankles even putting socks on and seriously those bows don't stay tied! The cord material varies in length (one side is much shorter) so I have no idea how to tie them back the way they were, but even if I did it wouldn't matter because they still wouldn't stay tied! My daughter comes to me every 10 minutes to bandage her 😫 I would cut them off if I wasn't scared of how the sneakers look afterwards. Now she wears them sporadically, but only at home to take them off when they start to hurt.
