The result was not long in coming: the load on the CPU immediately dropped sharply. And I concluded: you need to install Windows on computers not of the latest model, but according to the parameters of the hardware! On 10/10/2022, I also installed Windows 7 on one of my desktops from 2022. The fact is that when working on the Internet, he became a brake, because his hardware did not perceive Windows 10 well.
