thank goodness this collar didn't break while crossing the bridge with my dog on vacation ABROAD! I have a 63lb golden retriever and bought her a BIG collar based on customer reviews. Yes, she pulled hard when I guided her BUT that's no excuse! They refer to this collar as a "durable training collar"! It's definitely NOT DURABLE for a pulling dog! After the walk I returned to the room only to find that all of her vaccinations/name tags were gone and the collar was ripped off to the point that it was almost completely broken. I was shocked to see this - my walk with a one year old puppy could have ended in disaster! I'm grateful nothing happened. She hasn't gotten lost and/or hit by a car because she's still too excited, but that's unacceptable. I am very disappointed in this product. Please check this product daily to ensure it is not coming loose, especially if you have a young dog who still likes to 'pull'. I definitely do not recommend this product based on my review and I regret not taking photos to show you how 'durable' this product really is. This is a joke! DO NOT BUY!
