DO NOT WASH: Duvet Cover

At first I really loved this blanket set. I liked the decorative pillows, bed skirt and even the bed cover. I went to wash the blanket for the first time and it completely deteriorated! The inner material stuck together and formed hard lumps on it. I tried to separate them but it didn't work. Not only does it feel awful now, but the outside now looks restless and wrinkled due to the clumping inside. As I bought this item over a month ago I am unable to request a refund or a new package. It is also impossible to contact them. I emailed them and received no response. I also called this number but to no avail. I just want a replacement and clear instructions on how to wash it going forward. I really liked the design and texture so I just want a replacement!

This set will keep you warm in the winter yet light enough to keep you cozy in the warmer months.
