Edit: It's been 3 years since I bought it and it still works. I have used it primarily on AGM batteries and have never had a problem over the years. This year I switched to Lifepo4 for my main system so this charger has been on 24/7 for the last 8 months (not counting the occasional blackout) and kept my 12v emergency lighting and 100ah battery working. It is an excellent service tool for standard 100Ah AGM deep cycle batteries and a reliable charger for small lead-acid batteries. Rating upgrade from 4 to 5 stars. In my opinion the best value for money. Oct 2017: Have been using it for a few months and it hasn't let me down. When I first turned it on it got very hot on fast charge and I was concerned, but it didn't warp or show any signs of heat damage. It is used almost daily to charge a small battery from a generator. I was skeptical to buy something with so few reviews but my game paid off.
