I was hesitant to order these as I obviously couldn't feel the fabric over the internet but I was dying to get a new bag. When I received it it was flat and wrinkled in the packaging. I was sad that the wrinkles might not have been smoothed out, but I put my things in anyway and walked out. Shortly after that he broke down and I fell in love with him. Large side pockets for my sunglasses and shoulder straps are soft and comfortable. Lots of space inside without being too big for what I wanted. Vvv happy with this purchase :)
